Please note: We generally ship all orders separately. Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of ordering. From dispatch, it takes 1-2 business days as the package has to leave our warehouse in Germany. For very large orders, the delivery time may be longer.

Return
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You will be responsible for returning the package and will be liable for any damage that occurs during shipping.
