DeliveryWhen you shop at Sense Organics you can choose the following delivery methods:
Shipping with either DAO, Bring or GLS
Sense Express Delivery (We deliver your package directly to your home, so you will have your order within 24 hours of ordering.
Please note: We generally ship all orders separately. Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of ordering. From dispatch, it takes 1-2 business days as the package has to leave our warehouse in Germany. For very large orders, the delivery time may be longer.
ReturnOnce you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us. You will be responsible for returning the package and will be liable for any damage that occurs during shipping.
Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to very large orders, for example. Read more and find the cancellation form.
