Exceptions and limitations
Sealed goods for hygiene reasons: Goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken cannot be returned.
Sale and discounted items: If an item is discounted, purchased in connection with a campaign, or marked as discontinued, there is usually no right of withdrawal unless otherwise specifically stated on the product page.
Handling of the item: You must examine the item in the same way you would in a physical store. If the item is used or handled beyond this level, it may result in a decrease in value.
Possible impairment: If the item has been used to an extent that goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and function, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from the refund. In some cases, this may mean that you will not receive the purchase price back, but only the shipping costs. SenseShop.dk assesses the condition of the item upon receipt.
If you cancel your purchase in time and the return is in accordance with this return policy, we will refund the amount of the goods you have returned - less any depreciation and excluding delivery costs, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be made to the same payment card or account that you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
