Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, when you shop at Sense Organics NL BV we always send an order confirmation if your order has been completed correctly. If the amount for your order has been deducted from your bank account without you having received an order confirmation, please contact us. As all emails are sent automatically via various triggers in our system, it may take up to 30 minutes before you receive your order confirmation. In the vast majority of cases, however, you will receive it within 2 minutes. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find the email.
Is my package shipped discreetly?
Your package will be shipped normally like any other package you may receive. If you would like discreet delivery, we ask that you choose to have your order sent to a parcel shop where you can pick it up in complete confidentiality. All packages are odor-proof and do not leave behind an aroma of cannabis.
How long is the delivery time?
We strive to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your ordered items. Normally, delivery time will be 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. Please note that processing time is not included in the delivery time.

How do I track my shipment?
When you order from Sense Organics, shipping is handled through Shipmondo, from here tracking information will be sent directly to your email, from the provider you have chosen to ship your package.
